It’s been a month since I announced I’m retiring. I really don’t know what this is going to look like! I have two jobs on the hook. I could get hired to one or both in the next two weeks and be so busy, all I do is upload my porn to Tazel<\/a> (maybe no more one-on-one play). Or I could end up only booking contract stuff and always have time.<\/p>\n

I’m looking at anything and everything I qualify for with the administrative type of skills I’ve gained over the last many years doing adult. Yes! Sex workers are usually jill-n-jacks of many things! I would venture to guess most of us can’t or won’t hire out and end up doing our own social media, uploading to sites (you need to be organized and tech-savvy), graphics, video editing… and even creating our own business\/marketing plans. I am totally juggling between finding a new job, working cam and such and having more balance in my life. Some of y’all know this, but for those who don’t… for around three years, I worked every. waking. hour I was home. No joke. I was available for shows, text, phone all those hours! And I steadily put in more time on the administrative side of this work. Toward the end, 70+ hour weeks of admin were not uncommon (until we got the foster dogs – lol I really couldn’t do as much once my roomie and I started doing that).<\/p>\n

I need more balance. And it’s time as I’ve moved in with my boyfriend. \ud83d\ude42 I owe it to my achy bones and stir-crazy mind to walk outside with him and his doggie, cuddle with my phone alerts off… watch a movie all the way through and cook, sit down to eat and clean up all the way through with phone alerts off. Any virtual sex workers reading this know: sometimes you don’t get to watch a movie or get through dinner in one sitting. You have to answer when your clients reach out.<\/p>\n
